Speaking Up about Home Staging

Having fun with Real Estate Shows and showing off to our clients...

I love the program, www.realestateshows.com and have had a lot of fun with it, creating both personal and work related shows.  This week I was trying to create something to show off some of our changes in our occupied homes.  Because I didn't want to just send a bunch of before and after photos to my prospect, I thought a real estate show was in order......

I thought both of these worked out really well and show off different elements of what we provide in occupied homes.... Remember, a picture is worth a thousand words - SHOW your clients that what you can do provides real value and helps to show the best parts of the home....

I think they are both awesome.  I love doing before and afters on shows too.  I can't believe the dramatic changes in the first one with all the wallpaper.  What a difference.  Great presentation.

I too have started using real estate shows more and more.  They are well received by realtors and clients alike -- and drive the point home in a beautiful way.

Incredible examples, Melissa, on the impact staging can have!!  I especially liked the before/after picture of the master bedroom.

Congratulations.  Your post is being featured in the group Staging Before & After Pictures.

Melissa great shows, thanks for sharing.  I make a RES for every staging job and everyone loves them BUT the agents don't know what to do with them.  Do you have suggestions?  BTW they will not purchase RES for themselves (that's another subject...hm)  so they get mine with my photo and logo etc.  I love having one or two for examples of occupied staging...will make one up soon.

Very nice. More dynamic than having the photos just stay still. I bookmarked the site! Thanks!

Good reminder, Melissa, that occupied stagings can make good B & After RE video transformations.  I hold the  before photos private until after the sale, and then I forget to make the show!

Those are wonderful Melissa, it's amazing what paint can do as seen in the first show. Do you film them yourself? I guess these shows are next on my "to do" list!
