I was doing a little prospecting today when I realized something amazing... so amazing that I needed to immediately convert it into a brochure to showcase the difference that staging makes! We show general statistics all the time, but isn't it amazing when you can show real life numbers and the comperables with other similar properties in the same neighborhood....

The numbers are staggering, aren't they? Why is it so difficult for agents and sellers to understand then? As we continue to show proof with verifiable numbers maybe we can continue to convert them.....

I'm a huge advocate of staging, but it is usually extremely tough to bring the sellers round to paying a little more upfront to get more in the end ! ... but I try and will keep trying !

Excellent statistics and marketing piece! Realtors and owners need to realize how much money staging SAVES - not costs!
How can people still consider this benefit an 'intangible' when you have the numbers to back it up? Home owners are much better off investing in home staging, yet it seems to be such a difficult decision. Are they just so stressed out they can't imagine doing more than what they already are?
As an agent, I would like to say, it must be the sellers because I am convinced! Good post, will use it next time I am dealing with a seller who does not get it.
It is great to have those stats, a perfect way to prove staging works to those non believers!
