Beautiful home in I'on, just staged and ready to sell....

This beautiful home located in one of Mt. Pleasant's best neighborhoods, I'on, was staged on Friday and is ready to hit the market.  I don't believe this home will last long as it is priced very well, at only $575,000, and is incredibly beautiful!

Don't miss this opportunity to own a fantastic home in the heart of Mt. Pleasant.  Contact Chuck Avera with Keller Williams Realty at 843.416.1917 for more information on viewing this home.

Hi Melissa,

Another beautifully staged home! I recently heard of I'on because someone I know is getting married at the club house, after looking at their website and pictures I fell in love with that community. All of the homes are beautiful...I'm sure this will be a quick sale.

Have a great day,

Anne - Yes, it is lovely cottage style community with some great ammenities and small town feeling shopping on a main street gathering area.  It really is charming.
