I'm so impressed with the number of people who responded to my blog, A Color A Day - Your first lesson, actually more like a game..... With over 120 responses, it's clear that people LOVE color!!
This blog is for those who chose blue. In case you don't remember, it wasn't about this being your favorite color. It was about being the color your eye was uncontrollably drawn to. If you picked it because it was 'your favorite color' this may not apply to you. Go back and look at the three primary colors and notice which one you are drawn to.....
This was the second most common choice (largest ratio of stagers):

Stagers who chose this color (please forgive me for any misspellings): Me! Melissa Marro, David Moon, Connie Tebyani, Elaine Manes, Emma Vargas, Kimo Stowell, Wanda Richards, Michelle Hess and Debbie Wheeler
Agents who chose this color: Betina Foreman, Susan Milner, Carolyn Gjerde, Pamela Williamson, Charles Buell, Judy Peterson, Kristina Pratt, Diane Bell, Diane McDermott, Kathleen Lunsford, Crystal Allen, Maureen McCabe, Terrylynn Fisher, Castellum, Sherry Sim, Carla Freund, Jeff/Laura Miller, Sheree Wilkerson and Leah Leighton
Others who chose blue: Laura Cerrano and Sue White
So.... What does your choice of BLUE say about you?
Key Words: Planner, Initiator, Visionary
Power: Ability to visualize the future
Motivation: to justify your existence
"You are a dreamer and a visionary - wistful, imaginative, and eccentric. You're preoccupied with the future. Your dreams give you the mental discipline to concentrate and stay on track. You need to justify your life by making a positive impact on the world, even those you don't know.
Thinking about the future energizes you. Putting forth your ideas and reshaping the world are key to your happiness. You are seeking a more cohesive world. Making sure that everyone is on the same page is a major concern. You need agreement to initiate positive change.
You require recognition. The most idealistic of all the colors, you are often distracted by your own schemes. Mood swings have you feeling depressed one day and euphoric the next. Too much validation from others can make you conceited. Too little can make you depressed."

This information is based on the book by Dewey Sadka, Embrace the Hue you are. You can also learn more information about your color selections (main colors and color combinations) and how they relate to your business and professional life by picking up the book or taking a Dewey Color Course.
Dewey Sadka profile: With his intuitive people skills and motivational ability, he created a multi-patented system that is now the world's first scientifically valid, color-based personality test.
Why you should know about color:
When a person surrounds themselves with their preferred colors, they are in fact subconsciously encouraging their hopes and aspirations. Non-preferred colors irritatingly give them the courage to see what they have a tendency to avoid.

Yep - me in a nutshell!
Is there anpther step, even more insightful to this process? =)
Okay - who told you about me? That's pretty accurate.
Connie - Of course!!
Debbie - crazy weird, isn't it? When you put all your colors together it can really freak you out!!
This was a fun and interactive exercise.
Thanks for doing this
Eccentric, dreamer, mood swings...gee, that doesn't sound like me at all! ;)
Tatyana - You are welcome!
Elaine - nice to have another dreamer along for the ride....
Well here we are...interesting huh? I have Dewey's book actually and find it fascinating how accurate it is when you delve in deep. Thanks for the fun time.
Hi Melissa
You spelt my name right - exact spelling like the cooking wine, except I'm "sweeter" - rather conceited there. The color game's really fun and fascinating. Don't know about being visionary; be good to make positive changes.
I have to say I don't mind the "planner, initiator, visionary" key words :) This is definitely fun AND interesting!
Well, I am certainly "blue" for sure. This is very interesting. I was torn on the colors, eventually chose blue. When I read the descriptions I knew I had chosed the right one.
Hi Melissa!! Thanks. That is very cool. Can't wait to catch up and read the others I have missed. :)
Hello Melissa - I've just joined the group this evening, and this is the article that got my attention. Really interesting - I am a blue, surrounded by non-preferred colors. I look forward to reading your series and learning more about this. Great topic!
I hope you've had a chance to answer the secondary colors and then the least favorites that was posted today... profiles will be listed tomorrow....
Thanks again for playing!
Pretty sure no blue here.
