Speaking Up about Home Staging

Half the time on Market - not by my stats - see what they really say....

I am working on some quotes for two high end bids this weekend and needed to show some of our statistics to these clients.  When I started pulling them together, I thought maybe I should work up a flyer for this price range of client.  Here is what I came up with....

staging statistics

As you can clearly see from our statistics, staging a property DOES NOT cut the time on market by half...  it's actually must faster than that!

If you are in the Greater Charleston area and interested to see how you can increase your business by offering staging services, please contact me at 843.822.2622 or email me at melissa@redesigningcharleston.com

Nice job on the stats.  Every seller should see those... Every agent should be promoting them!

No question it works, especially in this market with all the competion you are up against.

I really have to get my act together and produce a flyer like this.

The proof is current and local.

You can't ask for better than that.

You are the marketing queen!

I salute you once again.

Tamara - Clearly this is our goal!  We know what we do works, now we just need to get it out there for everyone to comprehend.

Patricia - no kidding!  Some of these were on the market extended periods of time for that exact reason.  There is a lot of competition and few buyers in this buyer demographic

Angelia - YES!  Faster sales nearly always pay for the cost of staging in saved carrying costs

Michele - Didn't you say you were going to put one together after my last flyer?? what's the hold up?? Just kidding!  These are effective though, that's why we produce them. With our area becoming more and more saturated with stagers (we believe in a large part due to our success - I guess we make it look easy.. lol) we need to show that we are THE BEST!

Gretchen - It was fun working in all of these homes!  It's even more exciting to get the call that tells us they are under contract!

Melissa, your flyer looks great. What software program do you use to produce them or do you outsource this job?

Love the flyer idea!  It is well laid out and very clear for Realtors (and home owners) to see the facts.

Wendy - Thanks!  We've got to have homes to move the furntiure into from the ones we have to unstage because they sold... so we need the jobs!! lol...

Cynthia - We created our own template, but the program is Publisher.

Lisa - Thank you!  Our goal is to catch their attention and make it very clear....

Very Cleaver Melissa... This makes the point regardless of how long the selling process took.  Very cleaver indeed.

Lori - Having stats that are for your own market are great, aren't they?  Since staging is becoming more and more popular in our area, we need to continue to show why we are the company to work with.

Gary - Yes!  It doesn't have to sell in 8 days to be worth the costs.  Statistic usually show they sell in half the time.  In this case, it was faster, but that still meant 120 day on the market with some of them.
