I know I just did a similar blog, but what can I say? STAGING WORKS! We just found out today that one of the homes we staged for Nationally renowned luxury home builder, Simonini Homes, went under contract on June 9th! We staged it on May 15th.... that's a tiny little 26 days, which is particularly in contrast to the fact that it had been listed for 15 months prior to staging!
