  The spring has been blooming here in Charleston!  The real estate market has been picking up a bit, or at least it seems to from our perspective.  Every week we are getting calls and emails about a property that we've staged going under contract.  Lately the DOM has been around 30!    Here at First Impressions our goal is always to be a partner with you, the agent, to help get your client's properties SOLD!  More agents are learning how we can help enhance your client services, produce better results and ultimately grow your business.  If you haven't already checked us out, maybe it's time!

Today I would like to share two additional properties that have gone under contract since then.  Notice the staged dated and sold dates.  Both were approximately 30 days!

Fernando - I use Constant Contact for format, but yes, I create the entire newsletter.  We also have a members option so that other stagers can use our articles to create their own local newsletters.  Juliet Johnson, Marci Toliver, Sandi Gregory, Roberta Anderson and Donna Schoby are just a few of our members......
