No, seriously, I thought we would never get this house finished! We are pretty much out of inventory and had we not just unstaged another house on Thursday almost every single item in here would have been newly purchased. (Talk about hurting the checkbook!) Still it was for a good cause. I get a pretty $1M home to add to my portfolio & get to work with a brand new client - Simonini Homes. They are nationally known for producing a high caliber product. If you notice the details in this home you can certainly see why!

Below is the real estate show I created for viewing on our website's active staged properties page...
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Melissa Marro, a published artist, now turned staging advocate and national speaker speaks her mind about real estate and the home staging industry. In her 'no holds barred' approach, audience members find real answers to the industries pitfalls and learn how to overcome them with tried and true information and guidance. With marketing as her passion, she turned a small home based business into one of the nation's largest home staging and training facilities. Selling her successful home staging company in January 2012, Marro is now a full time speaker and instructor for Staging And Resign and Real Estate Staging Association (RESA)'s trade events.

It's a beautiful home and shows magnificently! Gorgeous!! I would buy it myself...
Congrats on your new client - the home looks beautiful!
Sara - I can refer you to a great agent who can help you with that.... lol!
Michelle - Thanks! We actually are staging another home for them on Monday. I better rest up this weekend!
Melissa - Wow! Very subtle with the blues. I love the blue and white combination - it's so clean and calm. It's beautiful like all your work.
Great job, as always! Love that "Melissa" shot, too! Oh, the problems of getting too much work! ;)
Without fail Melissa you always present excellent work! Another great staging. Now, here is where I show my ignorance -- what is a deep water lot?
Lynn - Thank you! I find being in a coastal area that they are great colors to work with.
Elaine - yes, I really like that one. I have a few other shots in the coffee clutch that I took just for you... no really. The blog title even has your name on it...lol!
Yvonne - thank you! Being from AZ it is no wonder that you don't know what that means. It means that there is water deep enough to put a boat in. They have a dock permit, though one is not yet constructed. Deep water just lets you know that it is capable of having a boat launch.
Well cool Melissa! Thanks for the explanation. Are you kidding, it is just lucky that I even know what water is. ;) From now on I will explain on our RESs that there is deep sand. You know -- people can ride their quads without worring about getting wet at all. :) Oh boy, I'm afraid I've gone over the deep end. Can anyone rescue me? Please!
Melissa,
I love your work!
Melissa, It looks great as usual. I love the colors in the bathroom.
Melissa;
Thanks for sharing photos of another beautiful job and congratulations on your newest client. Oh yeah...and thanks for the song...I actually LOL as I well remember this song from my children's love of the tv show...If memory serves me right it was Sherry Lewis and Lambchop...and they'll continue singing it forever just because....
Cheers!
Congratulations on your new client, Melissa. And beautiful job - very tasteful.
Very nice, love the spa feel in the bath, the elegance you put into your staging is just indescribable in words. You have what it takes my dear. Great staging.
Lucky client! I see the comforter! Love it! Julie
Thanks for the wonderful comments! We just heard back from the builders today and they are thrilled! YAY!!! We began staging another home for them today and we were told they were excited to see our work on this home. There is a community open house scheduled for Thursday and the newest home will be one of the featured properties. Hopefully this will land us an ongoing relationship with them...
Gina - Yes, Sherry Lewis and Lambchop. My kids used to watch that show too....
As usual fantastic job, great use of the akward bookshelf area.
