I'm so excited to announce that IRIS has a new South Carolina Chapter - Southern Flair! This is the first chapter in SC. So.... if you are a stager/redesigner that is also a member of IRIS and you are within driving distance, please join us! We will welcome anyone who can attend the meetings, including members from North Carolina and Georgia. Our next meeting is currently scheduled for May 31st and I'll post more about that in a few days.

Current Positions are held by:
President - Melissa Marro
Secretary - Faye Sim
Secretary - Annette Wiley

Melissa Marro, a published artist, now turned staging advocate and national speaker speaks her mind about real estate and the home staging industry. In her 'no holds barred' approach, audience members find real answers to the industries pitfalls and learn how to overcome them with tried and true information and guidance. With marketing as her passion, she turned a small home based business into one of the nation's largest home staging and training facilities. She now operates as the CEO of First Impressions Home Staging & Interior ReDesign as well as an instructor for Staging And Resign and regularly speaks at the StagerList Expos and Real Estate Staging Association (RESA)'s trade events.
For more information on having Marro speak at one of your real estate functions, please contact her at 843.822.2622 or email at marro.melissa@gmail.com
If you would like Marro's team to provide information on staging a property in the state of South Carolina, or the Greater Charleston Area, please visit www.WeStageSC.com, email marro.melissa@gmail.com or call 843.822.2622.

Hi Melissa,
My wife, Irene Woodworth, thinks you are way cool! Congratulations on being the first leader of the first chapter of IRIS in South Carolina! You will increase your creativity and connections through your redesigning community!
Thanks to you, Faye, Annette and all the others to get the SC chapter started! I'm excited to be part of such an austere crowd...
But yikes, once again I'll miss the gathering. First the SIF roundtable and now this: May is graduation month in the Pratta family. Son, Matthew graduating with honors from Johnson & Wales in Rhode Island May 16 then Jeremy, A.K.A. the baby graduates high school May 31 and is the speaker for his major Pre-engineering (can you tell we're proud?) That will make six graduated from high school, four that will now be graduated from college and two to go...Son Josh will graduate after the fall semester from Towson in MD and Jeremy will be "flying" his way through Embrey Riddle majoring in Aeronautical Science in Daytona, FL!
MOM (me)...luckily loves the chosen career of staging so it doesn't feel like too much of a burden to help pay the college bills!
Melissa,
Hip, hip, Hooray to you and your new IRIS Chapter! Congratulations to all of you!! Wishing you the best! You will have fun together I am sure.
If I lived near you, I would join too. Hopefully, we will be able to get one going in the future in Boise, Idaho!
