Downtown Charleston Unit Staged and Sold in 34 Days!!

This is the 4th property we've been able to rave about this week.  I'm so excited! 

This is the success of team member Susan Hardin (again).  Susan does most of our work for owner occupied properties.  This particular home was also marketed by the very fabulous agent, Ann Coggiola (Prudential Carolina Real Estate).  Ann hires us for every listing she takes because she knows that we move homes.  We are actually staging another one for her next week.

Tonight our team (Bevin, Susan & I) attended Ann's open house only to find out that it was already under contract!  Woo hoo!!

This $328,000 downtown condominium was listed on 03/20/2008 and officially went contingent in MLS today (04/24/08)! For those who don't want to do the math that's only 34 Days!!!!      (though, mls is only showing 20 days, which I don't quite get)

Way to go Susan!!!

Hi Melissa..You and your team have not only done a great job on staging these homes, you have provided us with some pretty good entertainment.  I turned off HGTV to concentrate on your before and after pictures/videos on several posts.
