This is a beautiful townhome that one of my Design Specialists (David Moon) and I recently staged. It is perfect for anyone interested in the boating lifestyle or just wants to live with spectacular views. Each bedroom and the living space overlooks either open deep water or a marsh.

The budget on this staging job was modest and we only did the main level (dining, kitchen, office, living room & back porch)
Take a look at the RES to see other rooms and some of the stunning waterway views!
Some of my favorite artistic shots from this property...

We are already getting great feedback on this staged property. Agents are saying how much larger & high end the property looks staged. This will likely translate into quicker sales and higher offers! Just another reason to team up with a professional stager to help you market your listings!

Mirela - Thank you! This was one of those homes where the builder wanted to hire a 'cheaper' stager and the agents insisted that they hire us because of our portfolio. They even pitched in some of the extra $$ out of their commissions to convince them!
Connie - Thank you so much. The grounds are the real show stopper here.... Just walking around for the photos was like a great afternoon out by the ocean.
Audrey - Thanks! We went with nearly all nautical related artwork in the home for that specific reason. We are getting great feedback from the agents as well.
Elaine - ummmm, as exciting as that sounds I think I'll keep my ocean blues and let you keep the mooseheads.... lol! But don't forget that I had to stage with a taxidermy rooster once - see you would have lost it! lol.....
:)
Heather
I love the dining room, Melissa and LOVE the artistic shots!
Congratulations. Your post is being featured in the group Staging Before & After Pictures.
Kathy
Heather - you crack me up... but I get it!
Kathy - Thanks!
Marci - I had no idea... I think Bevin actually picked them out (bought them for a previous project), but they really worked for the space.
Melissa, I don't have a boat but I'll take it! Nice job, I love that you used red in there with the blue. How do you take those great "artistic" shots?
Thanks for sharing
K
Tanya - Thanks!
Kimberly - I used the pillows in the living room for inspiration on the color scheme. The artistic shots are taken on my knees most of the time... lol. I probably take close to 100 photos of the home, including artistic shots to come up with enough that I love.
I've taken a few shots on my knees as well! (Ms. Manes, I know what you're thinking....)
So is it really a law in Charleston that every single dining room wall must be painted some shade of raspberrry?
We were slated to move to your area in 2005, and on our three day gotta-pick-a-house tour 8 out of 10 homes had these raspberry colored walls. We chose an inland property, as Folly Beach had that here-today-wiped-away-by-the-hurricane look! However, I totally saw us renting a spot on the beach for Thanksgiving dinner........!
Me jealous!
Happy Staging!
