When I was called out to meet an agent that I work with regularly last week for an owner occupied consultation, he informed me that they were told they were receiving an offer on a home that we had staged 4 days earlier. I showed you the before and afters of the master suite in my blog, Making a bedroom feel like a Master Suite. The owner and agent were both thrilled. Unfortunately the home hasn't gone AC yet in MLS, so I have to assume that they never came to terms with the particulars, but I'm confident that they will receive another offer and turn it into a ratified contract very soon.....

Amy - Thanks! It is... now if only they would actually get a ratified contract, not just offers!
Julia - Ok, you got me.... the kitchen was actually so sparse I was fumbling to find anything to add interest - I'll definately consider removing the knives next time.
Julianna - Thank you! The owner was really pleased as was the agent. That is always a bonus!
Melissa,
I liked the Before & After pics the best since they show such an amazing transformation -- congrats on a quick offer, I'm sure others will come in soon! Question: did you supply much inventory for this occupied home?
