Bathrooms and kitchens are both my favorite and least favorite rooms to stage. They can be the most dramatic of shifts because of such simple changes. At the same time I don't like to add too much because the job is about accentuating the home itself. So, in a little game of show and tell, let's see what you add to your bathrooms....
Here are a few of my recent ones....

Ok, now let's see what you do.... I am anxiously awaiting!

Model I just finished on Friday - Had to be functional too -Sales office is in unit. So filled soap dispenser, and added paper hand towels, along w/a garbage can. Love those designer towel bars you can get that have coordinating towel bars and rings to go w/the shower rod.
One of my all time favorite model bathrooms. We took PB Kids shower curtains and "Reinvented" them by splicing and mixing two shower curtains into one, and making a valance mixing another set. Added the white pom pom trim to go w/the "bubble" theme. I picked out the floor tile to look like a rocky beach.
Cindy - I know. I'm always trying to look at everyone else's bathroom ideas. I need to spend more time looking at Jackson's.... his are some of my favorites!
Julea - Thanks for sharing! How fun is that kid's bathroom? I'm sure you had a good time with it.
Juliet - Measure, measure, measure - measure to the top of where you want the art hung, then subtract the distance from the wire to the top. That's where you put your hook. They should end up level. I always use the matting or the frame width as the distance between the two.
This was a tricky day - I HAD TO COMPLETE this bathroom on the day of installation because there was already a showing appt. I forgot my measuring tape. I had to get the four pieces of art into a perfect square without any measuring tools other than my hands.... believe it or not - first try! Apparently I actually do have a good eye for it!
Melissa,
Bathrooms can be really challenging but we try to make them look more inviting ... here's a few we did recently ...
Thanks for sharing -- it's fun to see everyone else's!
With these you have to see the befores - because we added "everything": new faucets, lighting, knobs, AND accessories!!!
Maureen - What rich cabinets and colors those first couple were.... NIIICCCEEEEEE....... I love using the tall candlesticks too....
Connie - Bathroom pics can be tricky! It looks like that first set has some really awesome views out those windows & needed to be shown off! Great job!
