Since the Fieldstone staging and updating photos on MLS, we have 3 new showings and one 2nd showing! Keeping my fingers crossed.

After all, it doesn't matter what you charge, what the staging looks like (OK, that does matter)... what matters the most - what will get you repeat clients.... the final numbers! Can you show that you made a real difference in procuring the sale, or increasing the value....... but then I know you know that already!
