Builder's are quickly learning that professional home stagers may be more cost effective than traditional interior designers when creating a new construction builder's model. Yesterday I created an infographic to show the key differences between the two professions.

While the cost comparison may vary from area to area, the differences are clear. Home stagers, while creating a beautiful look, focus on showcasing the features and benefits of the builder's homes. We aren't trying to show off the fabulous fabric in the window treatments, bedding or upholstery; we are trying to show off the hand scraped flooring or crown molding.
