Melissa: Awesome job as always.  I look forward to your posts.  Love the pair of chairs, are they from Pier 1?

One of the chairs is from Pier 1, the other matches the couch.  I got the chair for $75 (regularly $300), believe it or not... the matching cubes (along the wall with pillows as backs) were $45 ea (regularly $200 ea.)  I love it when I can find great buys at Pier 1 - which is almost always!

I bought 8 rattan chairs there the other day for $20 ea after the designer discount also.... woo hoo!

I never would have guessed it was a 1920's loft. It looks perfectly up-to-date and ready for today's buyer. I can see how it would be lost without staging. Fantastic job!

Melissa, beautiful as always.  Wow - 1900 sq. ft. loft - what a find for young professionals.  I love how you defined the areas for them.  Without furnishings and accessories, it would be a tough space to envision as your own.  Thanks for sharing.  Betty
