It's definitely current now.  The before was way too dated and lacked cohesiveness.  Great job!

Melissa, is white painted cabinets now the in thing?  Here the wood grains seem to do much better.  Just curious about the painted cabinets.  Thanks!

That is simply amazing... Can I switch jobs? Wow you did great... kuddos to you!!

David - Wooden cabinets are still popular here as well.  The big issue is that these were 80s oak and were worn.  The white is fresh & clean (and generally well liked by most people).  It also makes the Corian countertops stand out as an updated finish.  (I don't think they matched the oak in the beginning, or at least they were not noticable).

Love the changes, Melissa. I love the painted cabinets, I have tried and tried to get people to consider doing that here. People act like painting wood is a crime!.

Melissa, you did an amazing job with this house!  Did you paint the cabinets or was a professional painter hired to do that?

Val - I had a professional paint the kitchen cabinets, scrape the celings, paint the ceilings & family room.  I wish I had painted the kitchen as they were slower than slow.  My assistand and I did paint the bathroom (including cabinets) and 3 other rooms in the home (that were not staged).

Rhonda - I understand completely.  I don't know why some people are like that.  So often the wood is out of date and worn but they still prefer that than white or black.... I don't get it!

Thanks for the kind words and the star to all of you

Melissa,   Lovely transformation of dated kitchen cabinets... and really nice update of the bathroom. These are two of the most important rooms to potential buyers, and you really 'nailed it'! Thanks.
