I'm so pleased to see that Julia is actually following the plan and walking the walk! You go!
It's that time of year, folks, and I'm going after big game. My target? Top Realtors in Fairfield and New Haven Counties. In anticipation of the annual real estate awards cycle, I have loaded up on my supplies:
- Note cards
- Stamps
- New black ink pens
My physical training routine involves stepping up my carpel tunnel syndrome therapy. Now I just lie in wait for the newspapers which will carry full-page advertisements from the various local real estate companies, congratulating their top performing real estate agents. I will send them a short note of congratulations and enclose my business card. Follow up to come later.
My goal is to introduce Nestings to top agents I haven't worked with yet, and touch base with those I have.
Melissa Marro gave us this great idea at the November StagersList Expo. She spoke of a particular notecard that struck a chord with many of her recipients: it was shaped like a little purse. I've had these notecards for a while, and wanted to share them with you. It's really two pieces: a card and pink gingham shopping bag with ribbon handles and bow. The card slips into the bag, then into the pearlized envelope. Too Cute! Needless to say, most of the cards I will be using for this campaign are much more generic; some just have the letter "N" for Nestings on them.
