Speaking Up about Home Staging

My Name is Melissa & I'm a Stage-a-holic

You know that you are in a bad way when you get one of those cutsey emails from you mother-in-law.  You know the ones with the adorable animals and the amusing captions.  Tell me what you see when you look at this photo.....

Here's what I saw.... terrible wallpaper and flooring that needs some stick on tiles bad!  What about that trimwork?  Don't they know it's not the 70s anymore?  Sigh...

I am Melissa & I am a stage-a-holic....

Even before I started staging I would be in some ones home and make comments to myself about what they needed to do to update.  Now its gotten worse that the shopping aspect is part of it.  I find it difficult to drive buy certain stores with out stopping to see what they have in stock for my inventory.

Hi Melissa, I recently had the SAME reaction to a similar picture. I mean... this place needs some help before it goes on the market!

Wow!!!  That's terrific!!!  I really do love all kinds of animals (except reptiles).  This little one is a rescue, so I named her "Hope".
